First Steps For All Issues
Most issues should be resolved by following these six steps. If these steps do not work, please move to the next section.
Close All Apps
Double click the home button and swipe up to close out all apps.
Close All Browser Tabs
Open Chrome and/or Safari and close out all browser tabs.
Check For Wifi Issues
Please try to visit other websites to make sure the device is connected to Wifi. (If you are unable to visit any website, then you might be having Wifi issues in your location.)
Two Button Reset
Press and hold the power and home buttons until you see a white apple appear on the screen.
Clear Up Storage
Navigate to your photos app and delete all unnecessary videos and pictures. Then open the album (recently deleted) and select delete all.
